Our Risk-Free Guarantee is exactly what it sounds like. It applies to all of our subscription options.
Once your loved ones receive their first subscription box, if they are unhappy with what they receive:
Please note that our risk-free guarantee does not extend to custom orders.
Your initial box will ship within 2 business days of your order. You will be sent a confirmation email once your subscription box is on its way to your loved one.
After the first month, your subscription box will be shipped to your loved one on the 15th of each month (or the closest week day if the 15th falls on a weekend).
Please note that once an item has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Addresses must be changed at least 48 hours before the shipping date to ensure proper postage and delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are not delivered, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address.
Month-to-month: For our month-to-month plans, you will be billed for the first box once the order is placed. After the first month, you will be billed on the 12th of each following month as long as the subscription is active.
6-month plans: You will be billed for the first 6-months once your order is placed. After the first 6 months have passed, if you do not cancel your subscription, it will renew and you will be charged for the following 6 months on the 12th day of the renewal month. Your subscription will continue to renew on the 12th day of the month it renews until it is cancelled.
Annual plans: You will be billed for the first year once your order is placed. After the first year has passed, if you do not cancel your subscription, it will renew and you will be charged for the following year on the same date that you ordered your initial subscription. Your subscription will continue to renew until it is cancelled.
If there is a failed payment, we will make a second attempt to charge the card on file. If we are still unable to process your payment method by the shipping date, your order will be cancelled for that month. Once your payment is updated, shipment will resume on the next upcoming shipment date.
The first box that your loved one receives can be returned for a full refund in accordance with our Risk-free guarantee policy.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on any boxes with the exception of the first box received in accordance with our Risk-free guarantee policy. If your loved one has allergies or aversions to certain products, please let us know during checkout. It is the responsibility of your loved one (or any individual who uses our products) to protect their own safety and wellbeing as they use products received.
In the event of a product being damaged in transit, it will be eligible for replacement. We will do our best to replace it with a same/similar item. Please keep in mind an exact replacement might not be available, as we keep limited stock of each item.
To receive a replacement for a damaged product:
All of our plans automatically renew at the end of the term.
Plans can be cancelled at any time. Please keep in mind that if you have purchased an annual or 6-month plan, cancelling your plan before the time period has passed does not reduce the cost of subscription or refund any amount paid. If you cancel before the end of the term, you will continue receiving subscription boxes through the term you originally signed up for and then at the end of the term, shipments will automatically end.
To avoid being charged for automatic subscription renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the billing date on the 12th of the month.
